Portrait headshot featuring the Rhesus Macaque. In this photograph, you can see that this Rhesus Macaque, either a mommy or a daddy, was so hungry that it was looking for people to drop food on the ground at Swoyambhu Mahachaitya (also known as Swayambhunath Stupa or the Monkey Temple) in Bhaganpau, Kathmandu, Nepal. I approached this monkey very close and calmly without being afraid to do so, so I got lucky to capture it before it went off to go hunting for its food by looking at everyone.
