Portrait photographs of cattle, called the Brown Swiss cattle, found in Switzerland, a country in Europe. The Brown Swiss cattle or American Brown, scientifically named Bos taurus, is an American breed of dairy cattle. The cattle became a world breed with a global population estimated in 1990 at 7 million head in the twentieth century. These cattle were developed in the north-eastern part of the country. Numerous people refer to Braunvieh as the Brown Swiss. The average weight for the male is 900 kg: 142 and the female is 590–640 kg: 142. 

Brown Swiss cattle are known for their high-quality milk, longevity, adaptability, and the breed has a double utility, and they are used for dairy and beef purposes providing good milk and meat outputs.
